The Lost World: Jurassic Park takes place 4 years after the Isla Nublar Incident (Jurassic Park). John Hammond has lost control of InGen and his nephew Peter Ludlow takes over and decides to re-open Jurassic Park in San Diego by Invading and Capturing the Dinosaurs on Isla Sorna.

Hammond sends a team composed of Ian Malcolm, Nick Van Owen, Sarah Harding and Eddie Carr to Isla Sorna to video tape and document the Dinosaurs in their own habitats. Trouble and Sabotage destroy both Camps of the InGen teams, so they decide to work together to get off the Island Alive. They head towards The Worker Village and contact the mainland to get help. Peter Ludlow and Roland Tembo successfully capture a Male Tyrannosaurus Rex where they bring it to the mainland. After a major rampage in San Diego, Ian Malcolm and Sarah Harding manage to get the Rex back on the Boat and it is sent back to Isla Sorna.
